They definitely dealing with your case bout they don’t follow up like my situation I had to go through hill to see my son after all the court hearing I only managed to see my son for that thank you bout for all the time I have spent thank you for all the help those 2 woman who are taking my son and don’t let me see my boy is that okay for English country take muslim kids playing with peoples families some day they will pay for this family court has no power over anything

repeatedly lose paper work, poor communication, dont do searches even when paid and instructed. Single handed delayed whole chain by atleast 2 months

Dealt with these solicitors and it was pleasure to be Emma Sargeant's customer but that is it ! Every time I rang office phone was always answered by grumpy lady who seems to have bad day, actually they had a bad day everyday, speaking fast like there was a fire in theirs office - nightmare to deal with ! It is completely different at the Leigh branch (done the will there): nice ladies, trained or they knows how to deal with customer over the phone. I hope Head Office care about reputation and do something with it. Thank you.
