I’m so glad I worked with Streathers for my conveyancing. Nick, Terrie and the whole Streathers team were professional, responsive and on top of all of the details. I never had to worry that my ducks weren’t in a row. It was definitely worth the l fee and after seeing the poor quality of the seller’s solicitors I was even more grateful for the first class service I received. My experience at Nando’s was very disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
We were told there were no tables available, despite clearly seeing empty seats inside the restaurant. The explanation given made no sense and felt dismissive and dishonest.
The attitude of the staff member was rude and unprofessional, with no effort to properly check or communicate.
It felt like we were simply turned away without care, even though there was available seating. This level of customer service is not what I expected and needs serious improvement.

Nick and Terrie at Streathers Clapham were great the whole way through our purchasing process. Really helpful, professional, and just genuinely nice people to deal with. They were always quick to come back to us if we had a question, and when there were bits I didn’t fully grasp with all the technical/legal language they took the time to explain it properly. Made the whole process a lot less stressful than I expected, we had apprehensions about the complexities of purchasing a leasehold but Nick really put our minds at ease with how thorough he was, would definitely recommend him and the whole team at Streathers Clapham
