Went to this solicitors to ask for help twice now and have been ignored both times. Said someone would get in contact to help me and never did. So completely rude and unprofessional. Communication is a vital skill needed in law and they somehow seem to lack it. Sad this company is around because I've been so let down and don't like to know that other people are being treated this way either.

I have been trying to contact them by phone and email since Thursday last and got nowhere. They store our wills and we want to amend them. We were going to get them to do it but not now. We want them back and let someone we can rely on to do it.

Sent a very unprofessional letter threatening me, didn’t even address it to me , was Dear Sir, they knew my name, should have sent it to my solicitor though! I’m 82 and severely disabled, told me I was mental, I’m making bad decisions, should get my brain tested, all because of my greedy , selfish no good stepson and his horrible money grabbing wife. Most unprofessional letter that I have seen in my life, spoke to Dan Woodward, told him the contents of letter and read it word for word, he was really shocked that the letter had come from PARDOES, spoke like a gentleman, but unfortunately I was wrong, rung 3 times , waited 10 minutes listening to ridiculous music, three times it has come back he will not speak to me. As for Nigel Kinder he didn’t have a clue what was in the letter he was supposed to have sent, I think he gave the paper to the people involved for them to write the letter to try and scare me. So unprofessional, keep away from them, not to be trusted, lie for one another

My parents are still waiting to move!

Land registry form completed for the 3rd time but still questions on it.

Another house 2 doors away from this property with a 2 person chain has sold and completed in 7 weeks!!! 7 weeks - my parents are now on week 15 since probate was granted!!

How can they mess with people’s lives like this?

They wanted to show that they care on google but I have not received a single response or even acknowledgement to my direct emails they asked me to send!!

They do not care - stay well clear.

Waste of space solicitors. Straight forward 2 chain house move.

8 months since the offer was accepted on the house.
9 weeks since probate and they still haven’t sorted it out.

Now we find out the Land registry form has been completed incorrectly for the second time. The solicitor who was dealing with it has mysteriously left as well!

This is causing so much stress and worry for my parents as they may loose their buyers if it drags any longer.

Would stay well clear of these solicitors. If you look at their Facebook page they spend more time updating it with where they’ve been out and about than actually doing the work they are being paid to do.

Will be making a formal complaint once the move has been completed. It’s peoples lives they are dealing with but don’t care about.
