Avoid these crooks, they always said they were sorting it for my sister (but it was both of us) they made made sister ill and didnt care,original estimates were 5000 to 7000 for sorting my father's will and probate, cost us 22000, unhelpful and unprofessional, clueless in every way even leaving me to do their job for them (contacting various companys as they just dragged there feet to get more money) they basically charge you for everything and took my father's life savings, save yourself money and upset and go to a reputable solicitor not these amateurs who don't give a hoot about customers and there feelings!!

Martin regularly kept us informed throughout the sale process and he was very supportive in our circumstances, helping us to sell my father in laws home after he had just come out of hospital having suffered a stroke. We would recommend.

I used Alletsons to deal with the grant of probate and also sale of a property. I cannot fault them for all they did. They were on the ball at every point, quick to respond, obtainable on the phone for queries. I am so pleased I used them and would not hesitate using them in the future. They took some of the stress out of a very stressful time for me. Thank you Kelly.

I could give zero if I could it’s a shockingly awful place to go .i wish I read some of the reviews before I contacted them . Stay away from this people for your own good. Property I was purchasing failed to go through and they charged me nearly £300 for searches even though the whole process didn’t last more than 2 weeks and I called and told them the situation but the only refund 1/4 of the amount I paid them and when I asked what has been done by them they could only show me the fee for identification Fee which it’s about £60 . So they robbed me in day light .shame on you

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. The experience that we received was appalling with how they handled my mother’s probate. They nearly lost our house sale because they do everything on a Friday, which I had to get involved and sort what they couldn’t do. They would take weeks/months to reply to emails. And when it came to final settlements they kept getting the liabilities wrong and it took months each time to rewrite it and still kept getting it wrong. To the point I told them that I would sort out the liability and share out the money equally.
With all of this it cost us £18,000.
They have no empathy for anyone and are only there for the money.
Please do not use these solicitors to do your loved ones probate and I strongly recommend you to do it yourself on the GOV website. Saving you time and money. It took 3 years and 3 months for it to be finalise.
