My gf had a miscarriage due to a car crash. She doesn't want to talk about it over and over, as it's so difficult. We have spoken to multiple solicitors and explained it repeatedly, to be told sorry we are at capacity and can't help you. So I have been contacting solicitors asking if they could just tell me if they are at capacity or not before they speak with her and upset her again. Explained this to Simpson Millar who have just called me demanding to speak to my gf immediately and won't tell me if they're at capacity. Trying to make a grieving person go over it, even tho I am just asking theoretically could they help.

Unfortunately, an absolute disgrace of a company, covering up the NHS like you would never believe, different solicitors every few weeks dealing with my case, some of them completely clueless, absolutely disgusting service. Instructing ‘experts’ who just agree with the NHS and how they failed me as a human being, solicitors agreeing with everything other people say and not even fighting in my corner, over something that I would never wish anyone else to go through. Terrible.
