The Solicitors kept me up to date with my claim and would call to remind me to read and sign important documents. The service didn’t change, even though there was a change of Solicitors. They explained everything regarding the processes. Thank you for supporting me with my claim.

I had an outstanding experience with Simpson Millar. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and I was kept thoroughly updated throughout the entire process. The guidance I received regarding my claim was top-tier, ultimately leading to the best possible outcome. A special thank you to Georgina, who managed my case faultlessly from start to finish. The service was so brilliant that I would have gladly given a 5-star review regardless of the final outcome. Highly recommended!

This company is untrustworthy (I dealt with Sarah-Jayne Bell and my recordings of our telephone conversations that prove she lied are being passed to the authorities). Do not touch them with a barge pole, as they are Ambulance chasing cowboys and only interested in money rather than client care. Over 3 years ago I was knocked off my bike by an Uber driver, broke my arm, smashed up my face and damaged other parts of my body. I was unable to work on and off for about 6 months as a direct result of my injuries. I instructed Simpson Millar in 2024. The first communication I’ve ever received from them in the post is today (10th March 2026) - a £13,000 bill (nice round figure, doesn’t look like FRAUD, much) for a case they know is worth far less and that they have failed to conclude. They assigned a part time (lucky if she’s in the office one day a week) incompetent to my case who has spent the time doing next to nothing until just before deciding to bill me, when I had long lost hope that they would actually do some proper work on my “slam-dunk” case. The last time I had a similar problem with a firm (Credo Law) and I reported them to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA), they were “intervened” by the SRA, The Police and another law firm the day after my complaint and permanently shut down. Let’s see what happens here. Watch this space….
P.S. Their companies house record (click on “people”) is well worth a look. Never have I ever seen a company go through so many people in that section. Says it all

Amy took over my case a few months after I came to Simpson and Millar and she was a breath of fresh air. She took a stressful situation for me, and explained each stage in as much detail as needed, always made sure I knew what was going on and what was in my best interest. Very grateful for Amy’s support over the last year!
