Arrogant and incompetent. Wrongly advised on paying beneficiaries of a will. Produced a draft will where their was a spelling mistake of a beneficiary although it was the same surname of the testater. Wanted £250 for what would have been satisfied by a codicil to current will.

Absolute shocking service- I strees di not use these solicitors - soul destroying waste of timers! No contact for weeks at a time- unprofessional- unhelpful- dwindled the time down and moved the goal posts at every opportunity until time ran out.

Following a death in the family, Russell & Russell Horwich is dealing with their estate and I have never known a solicitors to be so ignorant and rude. Emails get ignored, they hold on to money from the estate when it is not theirs to hold on to for weeks presumably to gain interest in their own bank account. It takes so long to get any answers or anyone to deal with queries. I find them very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone, we have to stay with them but not through choice.
