Excellent customer service by all of them who are working with Russell & Russell Solicitors firm.

Special thanks to Russell & Russell stall at mill gate bury where you can get some valuable information about any claim or other information about your property, dispute settlement and other advise relating to your estate or property advising and giving guidance 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. They were very patient with us as we arrived at closing time as I had come from Leicester on a train, with the journey taking forever due to cancelled trains, and delays, then no tram working. They did exactly what we were asking for and more. Excellent.

Used them for buying a house last year. Service was appalling, response times are an absolute joke. They were quoted to me as "a bit more expensive but worth it", do yourself a favour and avoid an unpleasant, frustrating and costly experience.

I find it extremely unprofessional they doesn't call you (saving phone cost???)? They only send SMS messages and my opinion in business that whose providing services to customer should be more proactive and make a call not just send SMS. Slower a lot the whole process and I found them quite lazy not dealing fast with the case.
