Rich and Carr were absolutely brilliant in helping me buy my first home. My solicitor was John and I could not have asked for a better service. As a first time buyer everything was very new and overwhelming to me, however John made the experience very stress free. All correspondence from him was timely and thorough, with clear explanations of terminology and next steps. John was extremely thorough with his searches and ensured that’s all questions were answered and no stone was left un-turned before completion. I would recommend Rich and Carr very highly to anyone.

John and his team assisted us with the sale of our mum’s house (and Geeta on the probate team had helped us with the grant of probate previously). We had a really great experience using them. Used Rich and Carr (following a recommendation from friends) for a house sale and an aborted house purchase. Fees were quite reasonable compared to other solicitors, the service was second-to-none. Approachable, professional, extremely pro-active, communicative at all stages and very responsive.
I'd have absolutely no hesitation in using them again, and would recommend to anybody requiring services for a house sale/purchase.
