Arti Patel was dealing with my house sale. Everything was done professionally, promptly and clearly, with support whenever we needed it. Not everyone at Rich & Carr works to the same standard and I have had some bad experiences on two out of four occasions, so I recommend asking for Arti if you want a high level of a professional service.

Sourced this solicitor with my mother for legal matters.
Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. Communication and response times were slow unless we discussed terminating the service, and we often felt our concerns were not properly understood or handled.
Our matter was largely handled by a trainee solicitor, and we did not feel confident in the level of experience or support available on the case.
As a result, we have decided to instruct another firm, which will cost us additional time and money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm.
