Recently completed a property purchase with Pinney and have had a great experience particularly in dealing with Zeliha. As first time buyers we were unsure of what to expect, but Zeliha kept us up to date at every stage. When a few more complex issues arose with our case, she put us at ease explaining very clearly all the steps we should expect, and we never felt out of the loop. We engaged Pinney Talfourd to assist us with some basic due diligence prior to bidding on a house at auction. The property team, in particular Chris Howe, did a great job in reviewing the available legal pack prior to the auction (in a very short timescale) and highlighting potential issues. Chris was then extremely efficient in completing the conveyancing on our behalf, following our successful auction bid. This was not a straightforward task as there were some amendments required to the Land Registry records to merge two titles and the Seller was a Local Authority that showed little motivation in assisting with anything. We found Chris to be proactive, responsive and professional throughout and would have no hesitation in recommending him and the Pinney Talfourd property team.
