Nicola Acklam acted for us on the sale of our family home. Having previously used Nicola, I was confident that she was the right person to bring the transaction to completion.
As ever, Nicola was proactive, diligent and always prompt in providing updates where necessary.
The buyers solicitor was difficult to say the least, and I don't doubt that without Nicola's persistence, it would have been a much more difficult and stressful task.
