Would not recommend. Completely unresponsive, and i've had to chase at every stage, even for the most basic of information. Your conveyancer should be professional, working ensure you understand everything at each step and responding in a timely manner, to make what is an already stressful process easier for you as a buyer - If you expect the above this...i'd advise go elsewhere. L&C etc may be more slightly more expensive but atleast you're guaranteed professionalism and customer service.
