BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE
I have reported Ian Jones and this practice to the legal ombudsman who are investigating fully.
It is over an estate issue where Mr. Jones is performing extremely poorly.
He's been dealing with the estate for over 5 and a half years so far.
He is working with an ELDERLY client who has memory loss and mental health issues. Mr. Jones doesn't appear to give the best advice to his ELDERLY client who is the estate executor.
He refuses to reply to my solicitor. He is always away from the office and unavailable for months at a time.
I have to assume the legal costs to the estate are going to be high. I cannot get access to the estate accounts because Mr. Jones and his client don't want me to see them.
I am having go to court to get access to the estate accounts.

I cannot ecommend Mr Ian Jones highly enough. He recently dealt with a wills issue for me, and from start to finish his service was absolutely outstanding. His attention to detail is second to none, and he handled everything with such professionalism, clarity and care. He made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and completely manageable.
It is also a real joy to walk into an office where you are made to feel so welcome. Taylor, the receptionist, is an absolute credit to the company — warm, professional and incredibly helpful. First impressions matter, and she truly sets the tone for the excellent service that follows.
