Logged to have my case reviewed for possible no win no fee, as per the way they advertise the service. Explained a brief overview of my situation on the phone, to then be told it would cost £600 for them to actually assess my case as to whether it would be accepted. Total waste of time and not as advertised

Unprofessional - i do not recommend.

Had to get in touch about our call as no one rang. As soon as i emailed someone rang me back late with no apologies. The attitude of the lady i spoke with was very uncomfortable. She did not look like she wanted to help understand my case in any way. I then had to send over some final information to which i never received a response nor did she ever follow up. Only when i got in touch to ask about an update i was told they would not be able to proceed on no win no fee basis.

These guys are efficient, reliable and helpful. Kate, Connor and a team of others assisted me every step of the way and answered any and all questions quickly. Would quickly recommend this company to others due to their reliability, friendly nature and professionalism.

Very poor service. Emails answered in a week if you are lucky.
Only prepared to do quick settlements on no win no fee not really I interested in fighting for an appropriate amount . Want to go to tribunal that will be £600 an hour.
Will drop you if your case isn't straightforward. Seem to take in more work than they can handle.
Dropped my case with only a week to go to submit my ET1 . Not recommended
