You have gone into details of a case that’s not even relevant to this review. Again just highlights how unprofessional you are

Gillian is very rude. Didn’t let me speak or explain why I needed help just speaks over you. It was honestly exhausting. Think she just wants the easy jobs where it’s just a simple case of signing your name. Even if she said she would take on my case I wouldn’t bother as that first impression is enough to put you off

In these days of eye-watering legal fees, we were amazed by Hutharts' value for money. And their persistence and patience gave us full confidence in the final outcome. We will DEFINITELY be returning to them when the next need arises.

Avoid ! Gillian Unprofessional rude arrogant attitude . Called for advise on a legal dispute which I needed assistance with to resolve. Gillian the woman over the phone from the offset was rude , and very unprofessional did not give me a chance to explain the situation and she spoke over me every chance she had . She made it impossible to outline the points of my case and I was shut down by her . On multiple times no less than 6 times she called me I quote ' your stupid ' her words not mine .. I find it so unprofessional that a so called solicitor can act in such a way in calling someone who has called for legal assistance to be called that and be put in a position of being humiliated. She absolutely paided no attention to what I was saying just spoke over me even without listening to what my case was about and any key points I needed help with . Ended up putting down the phone when she called me ' I'm stupid ' being called that by a solicitor is not what I call professional once is not even acceptable but called it over 6 times ! Avoid

Imran Riaz was fantastic from beginning to end. He was able to quickly and efficiently understand my case, whilst managing my personal expectations where others had lacked composure to do so.
