Mahreen Paswal and her team took over the case and things started getting sorted out.and by March 2026 the case
was over. It was not easy and I am ever so

We recently completed the sale of a property where Parfitt Creswell (Windsor) acted for our buyers. What should have been a straightforward transaction took nine months to complete.
In our experience, much of the delay appeared to be due to poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from Parfitt Cresswell. All parties involved spent considerable time chasing updates, often receiving no response for weeks at a time.
I would not normally leave a review for a company I had not personally instructed, but the level of communication throughout this transaction was so poor that I felt it was important to share my experience.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Parfitt Creswell.

Got there in the end with the remortgage but there was big lacking in communication and updates throughout. Took multiple weeks of chasing to get updates most of the time. Even now I’m owed money and still chasing to get it (even though I was told by the mortgage provider it was paid to them weeks ago)

I cannot recommend Zanariah and the team at Parfitt Cresswell Windsor enough. Getting divorced is highly emotional and needless to say a challenging time. She always explained everything to me in layman's terms and always carefully went through all my options and reassuring me through the whole process. As well as being very responsive and knowledgeable, she is extremely personable and I felt like she really cared about what I was going through. I would highly recommend her and the company to anyone going through something similar.
