Recommended by a friend to use their conveyancer service when buying a new home due to their quick turnaround and easy service. Unfortunetely did not have the same experience which is a shame.
Missed some vital details which then needed to be chased numerous times. This included a significant concern I raised around checks before completing, which was not followed through in time, thus causing a big cost once I moved in.
Whilst the automated email replies asks to not chase calls/emails, had I not I would have waited weeks for responses to my call requests.

Chloe and her team were amazing in moving our house purchase forward. They replied to all my emails super quick, were very clear, undertook the conveyancing swiftly and helped chase the seller's solicitors. Without their efficiency and professionalism I think the whole process would have taken at least an additional month. I asked for a specific completion day and they made it happen. I can't recommend them enough.

We recently purchased a property and were allocated Open Law by our estate agents to process this. After an initial rocky start with communication our case was allocated to Kim Taylor who was absolutely exceptional. Kim was extremely responsive, professional and made sure we were updated every step of the way. I felt she went above and beyond to support us through the process and when we had issues with our mortgage provider Kim worked with me to get these resolved. I would highly recommend the services we received and am extremely grateful.
