Absolutely terrible service, strung out a purchase for 3 months and then didn’t have the staff to deal with the purchase. Every email took 2 weeks to get a reply from them. Every phone call was met with someone on annual leave.
I have to be perfectly honest with you I’ve never met such an incompetent bunch of so called professionals in my life.
I wouldn’t trust these to put a stamp on a letter, the in-blaming was embarrassing.
Never again will I deal with these, 3 months of wasted time that I will never get back. Terrible service, terrible attitude and absolutely exhausting to try to talk to. Steer clear!!!
