We have just used MKB to sell and buy a property. Annie Joyce was amazing! Her contact was always clear and helpful and she gave great advice on various stages of the conveyancing. She even helped to get our documents signed and witnessed which saved us a lot of time. We spoke on the phone a few times and she was always really friendly and helpful. Poppy Collins was our main solicitor and she did everything required. We had a quick turn around at the end which she pulled off successfully in order to get us moved out. Was very happy with their service.

Had to leave a review as people are always quick to leave negative ones but my experience was amazing. We was one of the people affected by the closure of PM law AFTER we had exchanged contracts and paid nearly £10k to them so we was extremely worried. We found MKB solicitors and spoke to Ben who put us onto the conveyancer Sara Audin who was brilliant from start to finish. She knew we was on a timescale to try save the house move and our money. She was in constant communication and one day even came in on her day off for half a day to try to get it all done on time. Service was second to none and I have only positive words to say about this firm. Very impressed
