Awful, do not use them. After 4 calls and told they would ring back - Nothing!! personal visit made and was told I would be phoned back - Nothing! If the firm don't want my business fine but it would be polite and Professional to let me know.

John completed our conveyancing when we sold our property in Knaresborough. It was never going to be simple as we had moved to Canada and secondly it was a listed building but throughout John has dealt with the whole process with total professionalism.
Communication & advise were on the ball even when I’m sure we drove him up the wall with our constant flow of emails and questions, but he got us there in the end

If I had to describe Milners in one word, it would be SUPERB. They helped me buy my first home. Throughout the whole process they were extremely efficient (sometimes they responded so quickly I thought it was an out of office email) and paid a huge amount of attention to detail. I can't recommend them highly enough. A wonderful team who work so hard to deliver results for their clients.
