As a buyer this firm lied, delayed and basically are single-handedly responsible for a simple purchase of a vacant property with no onward chain taking 6 months. Awful

AVOID
We have been involved in a large amount of property purchases and sales over the last 15 years.
We gave CT two properties at once. I can honestly say that the service we received was noting short of appalling.
I can't imagine this firm gets much repeat business.

Avoid. Asked certain things to be asked of my ex. Not done. E-mail ignored. Will not completed as "too complicated". My legal fees were going to be paid by a family member but, when I told him how rubbish they were, we agreed that he wouldn't. I would have not allowed him to pay. They can take what I can afford on a monthly basis. Avoid.
