Very disappointing experience. Communication was awful from start to finish. Nicola Edwards promised to help me and said she would return my calls, but she never did. Every time I called reception to chase things up, I was told she was either on annual leave, off sick, or in a meeting. I was left with no updates, no follow-up, and no response despite repeatedly trying to make contact. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. Avoid.

We recieved really excellent service from Dee and the team at M&D. They charge very reasonable rates compared to other local firms. They are direct (which can come across as a little stressed) but overall the value from this is exceptional.

Abysmal experience. Communication is terrible, often non-existent. I've never dealt with a solicitor (Mr Burdett) who is quite as slow and incompetent. Frustrated that I didn't change solicitors earlier in the process.

In short, I do not recommend this firm at all. Stuffy, dated and not responsive.
