Unfortunately they do not possess a standard or policy for communication with their paying clients regardless of how many times you request an update nor do they intend to reach out and rectify this lack of regard.
I would avoid using this "firm" if you can for lack of convenience.
Very disappointed.

We used Bill Bennett of Milford & Dormor to close the estate of my parents including probate and house sale. Unfortunately the house sale dragged on, hence we used M&D for nearly 2 years. Overall they were excellent, trustworthy, prompt in all communication, which was 99% remote as I live 100 miles away. I would thoroughly recomment them for personal excellent trustworthy service and also good value.

I have used Milford&Dormor's services twice now for conveyancing and I could not recommend them enough. Patrick and his team are super friendly, and got our house sale/purchase through on a tight deadline. To top it off, they are fairly priced, and the whole team is very easy to talk to. I couldn't have asked for more :)
