We were very impressed with Mason Baggot and Garton regarding the sale of our house, they were professional, efficient and responsive. Simon in particular was superb with us and we are thankful we chose them to be our Solicitors. They are reasonably proced and very approachable. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used their service to purchase a property. I have been told that the normal practice is to "frequently contact your solicitors, chasing them up or following up your request". However, this didn't apply to my case as the solicitors from Mason Baggott and Garton Solicitors are very professional and they always respond promptly to my questions/queries/concerns. The prompt responses made the process much more less stressful. Their report is comprehensive and addresses all the points in detail with clear advice/guidance, which is really helpful. They are also kind and supportive by trying their best on my completion day. Although there were a few hiccups from the seller's solicitors side, they managed to act quickly and complete just before 5pm on the day, which was such a big relief for me. I strongly recommend this service.
