I had Melanie act as my solicitor for a new build conveyancing transaction that had a very short turnaround for exchange and completion. There was significant pressure from the new build developer and Melanie handled it exceptionally well while also supporting me through the stress of being a first time buyer. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would use Martin Shepherd again

Thank you to Melanie Swann's team, for the successful Sale of my elderly mum's house. It took just under 4 months which, I gather is quite normal these days. Although there seems to be a lot of repetition in the questions that are asked when selling a property especially as an Attorney, and getting through the Money Laundering stage, when this is accepted and one just goes along with it, it works. The team were on the case and understood that the proceeds from the sale of my mum' s house was for her care, which is very expensive, and worked quickly. One tip is to respond as quickly as you can to the Solicitors requests to help the process along swiftly. I found the team helpful, considerate and professional and will certainly use Martin Shepherd again when needed.
