I would strongly urge you not to use the solicitor James Robbins. In my experience whilst he is very friendly and makes convincing assurances that he will act on basic instructions, he hasn't'. Not followed through with action leaving you continuously chasing resulting in chaos and stress, all so unnecessary. Even now 4 months after completing am finding important things have not been done which is having big implications and further chasing.

His colleague however Jennifer Humphreys offers a totally different experience making things very smooth and professional.. But James Robbins lets the firm down .

After a string of less than proactive solicitors I was recommended Michelle Chemli. What an amazing recommendation that was! Michelle and her team, namely Joanne and Verity acted for me in my rather complicated divorce. The service was always professional with a personal touch. The advice given was on point and my wellbeing was always taken into consideration. I cannot recommend enough. A huge thank you to Michelle and her team.

Held up the whole chain. Took 6 weeks to forward basic questions to the seller. Instead of replying to emails Phillip would print them off and send them back via snail mail. Neglected to ask seller key questions that all solicitors should be asking

After 7 weeks they have not been able to do anything, due too ????? The first solicitor was unresponsive but was apparently away on holiday. The reception always gave me the bland “I will ask him to call back”, though saying he was on holiday. The second, a trust competent solicitor, had a 40 minute phone call and then did nothing. Gave up on them after almost 2 months in activity.
