We used Atkins Dellow Solicitors for two sales of houses and one purchase. The two sales were handled excellently. But, the purchase seemed very laboured and slow bearing in mind we were purchasing a new build, as a cash buyer, with no chain. We think this is more to do with the England and Wales buying process, which desperately needs improving. (ie make an offer and that should be legally binding). When we made requests to our solicitor for updates, the updates were slow coming forward. Sometimes we had to follow up for updates multiple times. However with that said we liked the fixed price conveyancing and we would still use Atkins Dellow again.

We had a great experience with Atkinson Dellow Solicitors. Maia was very thorough and explained everything about our wills clearly and was very approachable.
The office staff were really helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble and always greeted us with a smile which made you very comfortable. We would definitely recommend Atkinson Dellow to family and friends.

We recently sold a property and Atkins Dellow were excellent throughout. It was not an easy transaction due to the lethargy of our buyer's solicitor, but Ingrid Alexander and Sarah Bowling kept everything on track throughout, eventually arriving at a very satisfactory conclusion

Ingrid has been very helpful with the process of buying at House, everything was explained and swiftly chased if needed.
I was passed the solicitors details from Jubilee Finance, and from start to finish Atkins Dellow has our best interests at heart. Even now the sale is complete , any questions they still answer.
