Mann & Company Solicitors are SIMPLY the BEST Solicitors we have ever used. they are first class in everything they under take or do for you. We have used Mr Mann for years to buy a property and sell our property and every time he gives you 110% service and it never wavers or drops down. nothing is too much trouble you get looked after and helped no matter how many times you ask for information it is given prompt and until you understand what has been told to you. The staff are absolutely lovely so polite and helpful always happy to help you. They do not over charge either in fact we think they are very reasonable indeed. Birry Mann is very helpful when you eventually get through to him but his support staff leave a lot to be desired. We used Mann & Co a couple of years ago for a small job & came back as a returning client last month with another job (somewhat larger than before) but was chasing and chasing the secretaries for updates & clarifications with no joy. Last Tuesday I rang 5 times during the day to speak to someone & left a couple of messages for someone to call me back but no response. I gave them a couple of days to call me back but still no response so I’ve had to go to another firm to get the job done.

I would strongly advise all clients that are considering using this firm of solicitors to reconsider. I am the manager of an Estate Agents and have been in business for 15yrs and i have have had a sale proceeding with Mr Birry Mann for the last year and we have left over 50 messages for him without a single call back in return. We are finally at the point of exchanging contracts and the client has given his authority to proceed at 10am and yet he still is not responding (5 hours later) and he is about to lose several families there long awaited home. I have no idea what this firm charge as a fee but they are not worth a single penny. I can not believe that a qualified solicitor has the ability to deal with people in this manner. You can understand why conveyancing solicitors are really at the bottom of there pay grade if this is how they deal with people.
