If you are looking for legal help with obtaining compensation, I would suggest going to the ombudsman yourself. In my opinion, this company may only prolong the process and charge you for it.

My partner and I had a very negative experience with this company. My partner was involved in a traffic accident as a cyclist, which was not his fault. We reached out to them for assistance, but they provided only the bare minimum service.

The process was delayed due to poor handling of documents and miscommunication. For example, they claimed they were waiting for the police report, when in reality the police had not heard from them at that time. They also never sent us any documentation regarding the contract my partner had signed, although they claimed they had done so.

In the end, due to their negligence, the case took several months longer than it needed to, and they still charged 35% of the final compensation. Overall, there was poor communication, poor handling of the case, and unnecessary delays. The company itself acknowledged some of these issues and offered £150 compensation, which I find ridiculous given the impact their handling had on the case.

I had initially been offered a low settlement on two occasions, but National Accident Law fought for me and ensured I received the compensation I was truly entitled to.
