I have been represented by Lyons Davidson in a complex clinical negligence claim, and my experience has been positive.

I would particularly like to thank Hannah Daniels, Sana Akram, for their professionalism, patience, and support throughout what has been a very difficult period of my life. The claim has been challenging and has involved a significant amount of evidence and expert input, but they have continued to move matters forward and keep me informed.

I have always felt listened to, and I appreciate the time and effort they have invested in understanding my case. While the claim is still ongoing, I am confident that they are working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for me.

Absolutely shocking service. My accident was a year ago and still not settled. Emails or messages on the portal unread or never replied too. I should have taken the offer from the third party rather get involved through my insurance company to Lyons Davidson. Certainly would not recommend at all

I have had the misfortune of dealing with Lyon Davidson - if I could leave negative star reviews then I absolutely would. Unfortunately, this firm was recommended by our insurance and they have only added more stress to an already emotional situation. The service is beyond shocking and the little communication I have received has been nothing but incompetent.

Honestly I have always found the legal world rather scary, mostly due to lack of understanding and too much TV.
The thought of being put on the spot and answering lots of questions sounded horrific.
How wrong was I.
I was contacted by Clare at Lyon’s Davidson and was immediately put at ease. She was friendly ( a normal human being!) and had the ability to keep the conversation relaxed and flowing while getting the information she needed and remaining professional at all times.
She gave me confidence with her expert knowledge and experience. She answered my questions clearly, to the point with ease and in a way I could understand without feeling dumbed down.
Equally Clare had the patience of a Saint as at times she needed to repeat conversations over again as the weeks progressed and the situation evolved and changed its path.
It was clear that Clare worked very much as part of a team who communicated between each other on cases to ensure the best outcome was reached.
Clare’s communication was excellent . I was always well informed of any updates and felt very much up to date with all that was happening.
If I needed to email Clare she would reply very quickly and resolve issues quickly.
It was obvious through out that Clare really cared about outcomes and she nurtured us through some very difficult decision making by ensuring we had all the information we required to make an informed choice. I can’t thank Clare enough.
When it came to the “crunch time” Clare was so invested in our case that she was keeping me up to date beyond her office hours. This cemented my feeling as to how amazing she had been and how Clare had put us, her Clients first.
I would highly recommend Clare at Lyons Davidson as she was my Solicitor, that said from the vibe I felt, I believe they have a strong and connected team.

The process was long but I was kept updated every step of the way and trusted the decision made on my behalf by my case handler Tyrell Blake who was always available to take a call or response swiftly to emails. His overall reviews were excellent and easy to Understand from a non legal point.
