Very very poor solicitors way out of there depth on crown court matters, they use inexperienced barristers don't know how to take directions from there clients and basically just let any process from the court just happen without making any type of argument, use this solicitors at your own peril

Do not use these guys! I first got placed with them through a duty who entered an incorrect plea for me it was a driving whilst disqualified charge, and then i paid a guy called privately Chris from the same firm £1200 for him to challenge this. Not only was a trial not heard but this guy showed up having done no work and was misleading throughout.
Best to get other representation from a good firm.

Was appointed a solicitor for a harassment charge in ashton under lyne around 4years ago,,Andrew was his name,nice chap,told me not to worry,I wasn't because I had done nothing wrong,they had no cctv which there are cameras everywhere,no witnesses,everything OK,,,until i was referred to an Ashton-under-Lyne solicitor,a woman who took my predicament and my mental state and used it against me.Told me on the day to plead guilty,,reason being,ex partner had been up alnight being sick and crying,(hungover,alcholic)and it will look bad for me if she was to be put in the dock,behind a screen if the magistrate was to see her.I was worried I'd go to prison and she (solicitor)knew that and said I'd probably go down,for doing nothing wrong at all.
Men,if your suffering domestic violence DO NOT USE THIS FIRM,DV against men doesn't exist,you will be thrown onto the dirtpile
