Ison Harrison carried out the conveyancing work to allow me to sell my house in 2025 and I have to say, the service was exemplary from start to finish. Very professional and courteous throughout the process, very responsive and adhering to my timelines. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, my experience with Ison Harrison was extremely disappointing. I did not feel listened to or supported during my case. The solicitor assigned to me failed to explain important details clearly, rarely kept in touch, and did not take the time to properly review my messages. To make matters worse, she went on multiple holidays, including on the most crucial day of my hearing.

As a result, I am left in a worse position now than when I started, despite having done nothing wrong. While the firm was quick to take payment, the quality of service and accountability for decisions was very poor.

I would urge anyone considering using this firm to proceed with caution. In my experience, communication was lacking, the service fell far below expectations, and I was left feeling badly let down.
