We recently used Ben and Charlotte at Ison Harrison for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was clear and consistent, and they kept us informed at every stage of both transactions. Any questions we had were answered quickly and explained in a way that was easy to understand.
The process did take some time, which we understand is often the case as they are very busy, but throughout everything they remained professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in what they do. Their attention to detail and guidance gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly.
Overall, Ben and Charlotte made the whole buying and selling process much smoother for us, and we really appreciated their support along the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional solicitors.

Just found out my house deeds were registered last May! Good example of the very poor communication by IH Garforth. Another example was a standing row with the sollicitor in the lobby, while the branch manager was struggling to ignore what was going on (but managed!). Litany of failures to listen to client requests, holding up the due diligence process over a missing stove certifcate while the new stamp duty deadline was looming large.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Well it would be but my conveyancing matter has still not been dealt with. The lack of proactivity, no updates, disinterest. Would not recommend.
