Avoid if looking for conveyancing solicitors. I had to chase countless times, received different documents with incorrect spellings, sent all signed forms back promptly yet they claimed they hadn’t received some then apologised and called it an “oversight”. I was given empty promises and it took for my mortgage broker to get in contact on my behalf for me to get replies at times.

After complaining - which I still haven’t received a response to and it’s been well over a month - Sophie (a partner) took over my case.

Thankfully Sophie enabled completion to take place and was very competent so thank you Sophie!

However all other services have been very poor so I would not recommend, unless Sophie deals with your case.
