STAY AWAY. Absolutely awful solicitors. Zero communication and unprofessional. The first time I heard from them regarding figures for my property sale was THE DAY BEFORE the completion date - which inevitably ended up with final figures being wrong and me being out of pocket too. Highly suggest going elsewhere.

Shame that 1 star is the lowest rating that can be given. Gittins McDonald are 'acting' on behalf of the sellers of a property myself and my partner are purchasing. They dont reply to emails, phone calls and dont even acknowledge that they have received emails from my solicitors. More communication goes on in a library than it does from this firm. Absolute waste of space.

5 months working with this solicitor, absolutely shocking. They never answer calls, never reply to emails. Over the 5 months ive never received a call back even though they say they will. He always seems to be busy with his clients but no time for me even though i am a paying client aswell. Take your business to a different solicitor avoid these at all costs. Save yourself a headache!
