Please don’t bother. They never get back to you and I’m not even sure they actually employ competent people. Had an initial meeting re will and they still haven’t got back to me after 2 and a half month. Shocking

had an absolutely brilliant experience at hegarty solicitors this morning. initially had an appointment arranged for last week, i had this rearrange this for today which wasn’t a problem. i had a statutory declaration to be signed as i’m getting married! firstly the lady on reception was very welcoming and kind, and the solicitor i met with named sarah, was extremely helpful and got everything sorted for me quickly. i was quite nervous initially but my mind was eased straight away. i would definitely recommend this solicitors and will remember to use their services again in future if needed!

Amazing service! I had a really difficult house being grade 2 listed, derelict, whilst also in need of a complete renovation. Not to mention it was a self build mortgage, with lots of special conditions set by the lender. Sarah Bent was amazing at getting everything sorted. She did her best to meet deadlines given the difficult mortgage, and as a first time buyer made me feel comfortable, and explained everything in depth to always put me at ease.

We have used Hegarty for conveyancing when buying our first property. Both Adrian and Natasha have been brilliant all the way until completion.
They were very quick to respond when they were asked any questions. The service they provided was professional, reliable, and most important it was punctual, as we had a deadline set for sorting everything and they were able to complete all the complex tasks (as a part of our deposit was in a EU account) before the due date.
During this process they have really demonstrated us that they are a strong team, reliable and with great time management skills.
