"I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Hegarty LLP. Throughout the entire process of handling our house sale and inheritance, the communication was consistently terrible.The final straw came with the transfer of our funds. We were told the money was sent via BACS on Friday, but by Wednesday, nothing had arrived. When we pushed for answers, staff claimed they 'didn't know' when it was sent. After refusing to back down, they finally admitted the payment had never even been authorised in their system. They had to rush through a same-day CHAPS transfer to fix their blunder.To leave clients completely in the dark regarding a massive life transaction is highly unprofessional and incredibly stressful. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who values basic competence."
