Absolutely one of the worst experience I have ever had after house sale fell through..my advice would be to definitely do your research before you contemplate using them.

We took in our wills (no appointment made) for safe keeping, though the practice was very busy, the very next day we received a letter confirming receipt - amazing service.

Incapable of spotting a major error on an insurance policy they'd arranged, which would invalidate the insurance.
Didn't show me the draft contract of sale - in fact they never showed me the contract.
Various other issues.
I complained and they responded with LIES.
Please don't trust this law firm.
Please look at their Trustpilot reviews and see for yourself how many unhappy clients they have.
I'm off to the Ombudsman and the SRA.

really helpful people i needed a witness signature for doc which they happily did. very straight forward, lost star cos i couldn't find way in arbitrary i know but ... restored due to feeling guilty.

We were certainly a trying customer at times but HCR (TC) has been great. We’ve tried to purchase three properties and have sold one also within the last year and I can’t fault them!
