Phone receptionist particularly difficult to deal with; I didn't realise HCR was a front for a backstreet car mechanic. Go elsewhere if you can (unless you're looking to acquire moody goods, in which case the receptionist may know people).
[EDIT: the review above is part-satirical, intended to highlight the company's lack of professionalism. This firm has very poor customer handling, but they do not engage in illegal activity, to my knowledge).
