Hi everyone, I wish to share our personal experience using HCR Law. We could not recommend them more, we are extremely grateful for the service we have received from them especially thanks to our solicitor Carla Sanders, and her team.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing despite taking over half a year to complete (as our choice was a newly built property scheduled in the future), I will start from the beginning, our situation was a bit more unique as we are an international couple and we wished to settle in the UK and had to find someone very capable like Carla and HCR Law with knowledge about international laws not only the UK system.

After calling around a few other solicitor firms, they said they were not interested in helping us as it was too complicated for them, soon after I found HCR Law, phoned and spoke to Carla, and explained our story, she said to us from day one that she could help with our case and do everything she could to make this happen but it will take a bit more time as extra work is required due to our international backgrounds, long story short in the end after a few good months of work here we are we got our keys for our dream home exactly as Carla has told us from the start.

My wife and I would highly recommend using Carla and her team for all your needs, we are very happy with the result, our matter was treated exactly as expected, all our questions were answered and communication was great with no delays from HCR, and she took her time to explain everything in great detail to us and took care of all the things needed to complete the transaction smoothly and in good time.

I have used HCR for business acquisitions in the past and they were always fantastic, and it was an easy decision to use their residential conveyancing team for my new family home purchase. Laura (partner) was my initial point of contact who was so lovely to deal with to agree fees and talk me through the process HCR will take. Nayna; who is new to the team, conducted the majority of the work and was absolutely brilliant throughout the legal process, our sale and purchase undertook. Nayna always kept me up to date with progress, what we were waiting for and what had been completed. Nayna was extremely friendly and professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. John saw us through to exchange of contracts and completion and without his work and influence, I do not feel we would have completed on our new family home as quickly as we did. John also always kept me in the loop with progress and was such a pleasure to work with. HCR as a whole were extremely proactive and always on hand to speak to at a moments notice. I cannot commend Nayna, John and Laura enough for being so easy to get hold of. It is very rare to be able to phone for your solicitor and 9 times of out 10, be able to speak directly to them. I always felt the all had so much time for me and that was never a burden. Thank you to you all for helping my family move in to our dream home.

My father and I highly recommend John Banky. He has dealt with a number of transactions for us over the years. More recently he has dealt with a sale of a property which was not an easy, straightforward one. John was professional, pragmatic and communicated in a timely fashion throughout. I had so sell my dental practice this year and I was recommended to use HCR. I found them to be excellent. They were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. They were able to translate all the solicitor talk into simple English so that I could understand it without making me feel stupid. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
