Shocking help and support from this company mixed communications and unreliable service thanks to these solicitors I missed a case with for my daughter

I'm pleased with the service I recently received at Hatch Brenner and happy to recommend them. Sam was cheerful, friendly, approachable, patient and quickly answered my questions and efficiently acted on my instructions.

Went with them, turned up to the wrong court, had no idea about any ruling the judge made, forced to wait months longer ger and spent a huge amount more money despite the other party and I understanding correctly, when I questioned it I was told I needed therapy to continue and was threatened with legal action to pay the invoice for their professional negligence despite already being aware that I have disabilities, this caused me to attempt suicide and self harm of which I informed them and asked for an answer, contacted the supervisor who investigated it and told me they would respond with an update. Multiple emails to them and a year later I have been ignored. Avoid like the plague. They were aware of my mental health issues from the start and I informed them along the way of their mistakes and distress they caused to be threatened, abused and then when they realised they were wrong to then be ignored. I wish I had taken legal action against them when this all happened.

If Hatch Brenner are representating anyone in your chain proceed with major caution!! They did not respond to my solicitors for 8 weeks at the beginning of the process which delayed the whole chain and cost me additional money. They also delayed enquires, exchange and on day of completion after 1pm they decided to ask my solicitor for their bank details!! This delayed the whole chain further and cost me even more money!! They are completely useless and do not care about getting things completed in a timely manner. I would have pulled out if they hadn't drained me financially already!

Simon's hard work and professionalism is second to none. He is totally dedicated and truly cares about his
clients. Simon has guided me from day one with his knowledge, experience and understanding and has always been there to answer questions. He has a wonderful relaxed manner and was reassuring when things were tough for me. His response was quick and I was always kept up to date with the matters he had in hand. I really can't thank Simon enough for such a first class service and this thanks also extends to Hayley and the rest of the team.
