Sue Richardson was my conveyancing solicitor over the past 9 months getting a sale and purchase over the line whilst dealing with one buyer totally disappearing!
Sue maintained a superb professional relationship and communicated regularly and efficiently keeping me informed at all stages of the process.

Called them as needed a solicitor for the sale and purchase of a house. Was told i’d get a call back from someone later that day or the following morning. Rang back a day later to chase it up as was under pressure to get a solicitor sorted, and was basically told that they were too busy so no one was going to call me back. Clearly they don’t need the business, so I went elsewhere with much better customer service and time for their clients. Don’t waste your time. Look elsewhere.
