I attempted to engage them for a simple statutory declaration. Just calling them was difficult. They have some detached call handling and I was continually told to ring back as their reception was too busy to take my call and there was no way they could take a message and just call me back. When I did eventually get through they wanted to charge £150 registration fee on top of the declaration!! Awful way to waste a day.

Charged me over £600.00 for merely discussing whether they could address my query, and then advised that to actually address my query it would cost me £7000.00 or possibly significantly more than this figure, and yet I had the matter addressed elsewhere for £180.00 total - bonkers!
Update: the Legal Ombudsman agreed that the firm had overcharged me and thus they had to repay some of my fees (which they didn’t even do within the initial 14 days given to do so!)
