Awful service. We required advice on house sale agreements, and never got back to us, and never returned phone calls despite promises to. A total lack of professionalism, avoid! Only giving 1 star as cannot give less.

AVOID.
My grandmother passed three years ago, at first they took my once a month phone calls / chasing emails and now I get the phone hung up on me and my emails go unanswered. We're planing on moving forward and reporting them to the SRA.

Most useless, illiterate halfwit I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
Both 1st and last names spelt incorrectly on a power of attorney document. Spent weeks telling us letter is in the post until they said they were waiting for a senior partner when pressed.
Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.
