I was dissatisfied with Gt Stewart with
Sophie Smith, she never gave me an advise or supporting me with my case, she didn't send any documents to me until I asked her to send, she blamed me more then prosecutor. Sophie Smith tried harder to get me convicted than the judge and prosecutor. If I could I will give 0. She's running away from me. Sophie Smith was really taking to me horrible and patronizing and had no empathy towards me or my situation, she made me feel like I was stupid and so low on multiple occasions just for suggesting ideas or asking a simple question, I have sacked her from my case, I would not recommend instructing this firm as they do not respect there clients.

I am incredibly grateful for the way Sabrina Neves handled my case. She was exceptional throughout, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone. Her dedication and passion for her work truly stand out, and she consistently kept me updated and informed at every stage. This is exactly the level of care and professionalism you hope for in a solicitor.

I can’t thank Mr Morris enough for his help on my homeless case. I was told I would be made homeless by my council and it was my fault with nowhere to turn, thanks to Mr Morris’s dedication and hard work fighting my corner, the decision was overturned and myself and children have now been permanently housed. I owe this firm everything. I honestly can’t thank him enough and would happily use again in the further If needed.

Abusive and threatening, that was just the recpetion. I called to speak to someone and instead of passing me to relevant dept. The call taker made me repeat the same thing over and over x6 times and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it, said she won't give it and threatened to end the call. After a lot of push back, she put me on hold for a extended period of time before coming back saying 'they are at capacity and that she will be ending the call'. I said you don't know the reason I'm calling apart from which dept I'm looking to speak to, she agured with me further and then slammed down the phone on me. THIS FIRM IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABUSIVE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! EDIT: Called again and had phone slammed down on me by same woman (this was the 6000 #), so called the 1100 number which is a different office twice and both times upon asking the name of who I'm speaking with, had the phone slammed down on me as well. So x4 times had phone slammed down on me. This is beyond sick! How hard is it to know the name of who I'm speaking with??!!! The second time on the 1100 the woman upon asking her name threatened to block my number in the GT Stewart system before slamming the phone down on me. This is disturbing on another level now. EDIT: Called 6000 number again, to which I was hung up on straight away, twice more. WOW! This is now x6 times I've had the phone slammed down on me, luckily I've documented this whole thing and will now make a legal ombusdman or SRA complaint against this firm. This is liable! UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABUSIVE!

I am very happy with how Simeon wimore has dealt with my case. He is amazing, I feel blessed with the outcome and I'd recommend him to anybody. He has a personal passion for what he does and he always kept communication, always kept me in the loop of things. I feel this is what a solicitor should be.
