Hasan represented me in relation to a dangerous driving case involving extremely serious allegations. The incident involved driving at dangerous speeds with my vehicle door open, colliding with police and other vehicles, and a prolonged police pursuit, all while I was already on police bail for unrelated matters.
From the outset, Hasan gave me clear, honest advice that it was in my best interests to plead guilty in order to receive maximum credit. He worked tirelessly on my case, obtaining a psychological report that provided compelling mitigation and taking detailed character references from my family and friends to present the strongest possible case on my behalf.
At court, Hasan’s advocacy was exceptional. Thanks to the mitigation he prepared and the way he presented my case, I received a suspended sentence instead of immediate custody. The judge expressly stated that I would have been sent to prison had it not been for the mitigation put forward.
I genuinely believe I owe my liberty to Hasan. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and outstanding representation. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an exceptional defence solicitor.

I had a very poor experience with GT Stewart Solicitors and would not recommend them based on my own experience.
I felt I was not properly advised or guided through the legal process, and things were not explained clearly to me. At magistrates’ court, I personally felt Hasan Khan did not provide the level of support or advice I expected from a solicitor.
Overall, I felt let down, unsupported, and as though my case was not handled with the care it deserved. Legal matters are extremely serious, and I expected clear advice, proper communication, and someone who would take the time to explain the law and my options.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider their options before using this firm.

Wanted them for advice only on something very important to someone’s life
The receptionists obviously could not be bothered to listen to what advice I required and just sent out an application form that I would need to submit first before advice - I did that and for them to tell me two weeks later that they had not received the application back. So they said they would resend - with this I did not send back as I didn’t think there care and professional assistance was of any help. Two weeks later this solicitor has informed my very depressed son in prison that they cannot help him as they have no new evidence and will not support him
What are they talking about “new evidence’. I never submitted new evidence that I have.
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and how dare they write to my son with such negativity that we didn’t even have a clue about as like I said. We only wanted verbal advice.
I would never use this solicitors if I had a serious issue. I think basically they are very unprofessional and maybe the receptionists should really do there job correctly and listen before they decide to make someone’s situation feel far worse
