I used these to help me through my divorce, I was quite happy until I started getting charged for every email that was sent to me or received from me, even when they were not necessary. Hidden costs are not nice to see and when your are already stressed it just adds to the burden.
They need to be clear and upfront at the beginning, and minimise unnecessary contact which cost me over £300.
