Used personally and only have bad experience, unrealistic prices
local prices would be five times lower we were absolutely gobsmacked when it came to pay for the service
Tried to reason, but unable to reason with the person , we also found the person to be quite rude.
Instead, I will highly recommend Bevan Evemy solicitors, which is only a five minutes drive.

I recently used this solicitor for preparing two guarantor agreements and legal advice. Unfortunately, I found the service to be very overpriced. I was charged £1,200, whereas other solicitors for example, Bevan in Chipping Sodbury quoted £300 for the same work.
The overall experience did not justify the high fees. The office environment was not welcoming or professional, and even basic standards such as cleanliness and reception/security were lacking. For the price charged, I would have expected a far higher level of service and presentation.
Based on this experience, I would not use this firm again and would instead travel further afield to Bristol, where the value for money and professionalism are significantly better.

We had a tenancy issue to be resolved that proved a lot more complicated than we had expected. We were really happy with the service that Gordon & Co provided and with Dominic Plessier in particular. His attention to detail and calm presence was much valued when we were out of our depth in terms of how to navigate our way through the legal process.
