Asked what I could do about a forced Directorship that's been put on my mum. She's with gaynor smith and Owen. Didn't even get a reply. No point in having a will set up by these.

I needed to instruct a solicitor for the sale of my late mother's property. I am so pleased with how Rozita handled the legal process. I was kept informed of every action right through from start to finish. My emails were always answered, and I was regularly updated by phone. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Not even worth writing words over their incompetence. A complete joke. Stay clear of Edward and his mother, Susan. I have no idea how they still have clients. If only I could review at 0 stars

Had a very good service for both the probate and conveyancing of my late father's property. The two executors were kept informed throughout the process of what stage we were at and were pleased with the overall service.

Called Edward off the advice of the CAB and was told to contact the CAB.

When I advised the CAB had said I now needed legal representation I was told "well, we've got too much work on".

That was it. No SLA. No alternative. No help at all. As a family we have used them several times in the past, off my recommendation. Never again.

Very disheartened by the experience.
